Modern Salon Furniture – Invoice Terms & Conditions

  1. Full payment or agreed deposit is required to confirm all orders.
  2. All deposits are non-refundable, including deposits paid for pre-orders, custom orders, and special imported items.
  3. Prices, promotions, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  4. Estimated arrival and delivery dates are approximate and may change due to shipping, customs clearance, port congestion, or other unforeseen delays beyond our control.
  5. Customers must inspect all items upon delivery or pickup. Any damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  6. All furniture sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on furniture, custom orders, special orders, clearance items, or assembled products.
  7. No exchange or return once assembled, delivered, installed, or removed from original packaging.
  8. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is valid only for the original purchaser.
  9. Original invoice must be presented for all warranty claims. Warranty is non-transferable.
  10. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, customer damage, labour, freight, delivery, installation, or service charges.
  11. Modern Salon Furniture reserves the right to determine the final resolution of any claim, including repair, replacement, store credit, or claim denial.
