Modern Salon Furniture – Invoice Terms & Conditions
- Full payment or agreed deposit is required to confirm all orders.
- All deposits are non-refundable, including deposits paid for pre-orders, custom orders, and special imported items.
- Prices, promotions, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Estimated arrival and delivery dates are approximate and may change due to shipping, customs clearance, port congestion, or other unforeseen delays beyond our control.
- Customers must inspect all items upon delivery or pickup. Any damage, defects, or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- All furniture sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on furniture, custom orders, special orders, clearance items, or assembled products.
- No exchange or return once assembled, delivered, installed, or removed from original packaging.
- Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Original invoice must be presented for all warranty claims. Warranty is non-transferable.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, customer damage, labour, freight, delivery, installation, or service charges.
- Modern Salon Furniture reserves the right to determine the final resolution of any claim, including repair, replacement, store credit, or claim denial.
